The creation of OTW, a nonprofit organization founded by fans that aims to provide access and maintain fan culture.

 

Result:

This organization fights for the acknowledgement of all fannish works to be recognized as legal creative activity. They focus on serving and protecting fans and their work from commercial exploitation and legal opposition.
